1. Talk
A short questionnaire, then a conversation. What is there, what you want, and what matters most.
2. Walk the lot
We see the property in person: sun, slope, access, utilities and what the neighbors see.
3. Design
A plan for the parts you asked about, with room left for the parts you might want later.
4. Agree
A written scope before any work starts, so everyone knows what is included.
5. Build
Work in the order the property needs, with the site kept safe and tidy.
6. Care
Monthly care after the build, if you want it.
